1. Result descending along MEF
1.1. Instruction Description
1) When the result of the operation before the MEF instruction is a falling edge (ON → OFF), the instruction will become ON (conducting state); Otherwise, the command will become OFF (non-conductive state). The result is pulsed.
2) The output will be executed once at the moment when the edge signal is turned on, unless a corresponding edge signal is generated again.
